1-Year Product Warranty

All Percover products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Functional issues during normal use

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

A brief description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to product defects or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is not related to product quality, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
